Body: Despite the fact that I never was able to repair my existing garage door opener and have had to purchase an entirely new one, I would still characterize Garage Door Opener Parts as an exceptional online store. In particular, Gary of the Parts Department was extremely helpful and talked me through several troubleshooting and problem isolation techniques once the original part I purchased did not correct the problem. Follow on support is often one of the big problems with online purchases, but that was definitely not the case with this company. Gary treated me like I had bought $10,000 worth of stuff from them rather than $45! Now thats customer service.
